It started out small:
When my bro told me about and showed me
Guitar Hero 2.
I didn't play it for long, but
Less Talk More Rokk was a lot of fun.
...who would have thought that that was the song
That got my bro into this series as well?
We got Legends of Rock first, Guitar Hero 3.
My calling came: mine would be the bass,
Even if it took forever to get than damn second guitar controller.
But imagination started to soar.
I still can see Reyson, Marth, and Nino. Even singer!Zidane-
Long before he will rise in Titleless as a drummer.
And Lou, as he is. I couldn't forget this villain.
I still need to beat him on Expert. Me or my bro.
Guitar Hero: Aerosmith to get canon band-like:
Vaan would be new, Titleless emulator only.
Zidane would sing-others for
Guitar Lead and Rhythm.
Bass and Drums.
...or was Zidane the drummer even back then?
Zelos, Marth, and if only I could remember the others...
The fourth in the series: World Tour.
You can now create your own characters.
Lou's return, and a band with no name:
Riki Lee, Marcus, Shirley, Matty.
They all appeared in the career cut screens, sparking interest.
The first to appear...was John.
Shortly after him, Joc.
In no order: Doug, Andres, Kristy, and Lloyd as well.
And I still say that this male singer character, Lloyd,
Could have had a first name of Marth.
Rock Band, at the time enemies of the Guitar Hero fandom I was set in,
Would appear sporadically in my life.
A PS3 Joc would appear on a friend's game, only as a temporary.
When my bro mentioned they were finally friends,
And the Rock Band 2 game for the Wii would work with
Our World Tour instruments...
It would be eighty extra songs.
John and Joc returned.
A new singer icon, however, was still needed.
No Lloyd this time around. Not yet, at least.
Brief, important mentions go to
Grace Williams and Sharky,
My favorite of the pre-made characters.
But we needed new ones for bands.
A boy-based off a well-liked image: enter Al.
A story about a group of heroes, and their quest
To save the world
From our villain: Lou, of both Legends of Rock and World Tour.
Riki and his team of the past.
Joc and Al, Shark and Grace.
John and his friends. Lloyd's return.
Other characters, of friends and of canon.
Once Upon a Shooting Star...
Before I even thought to emulate Grace and Shark,
I knew I'd want a full band.
A full V.2, for their new name would only come
Albert and Meru of Legend of Dragoon:
The drummer with turquoise hair, much like her
LoD inspiration was born.
Searching for the final: a man.
The random name of "Orion" appeared on the screen.
Named after the constellations, diviner of the stars, with books to conjure and cast.
Guitarist to fill in the missing spot.
But what did I do, about Shark and Grace?
Well, the story explains.
I also give shout out to Melissa, who would appear
To emulate real life eventually.
Ideas and what-ifs, because I am easily bored:
New positions, new bands, new characters hero and villain.
New universes to discover and explore with these
Sixteen chosen ones
And their friends.
Titleless and its prequel. Dreams of Ivalice.
Old ideas abandoned by lack of developing:
Hallowheaven's trilogy. Sagas of all forms.
But the story goes on:
Followers, Delusional, Mythological, Revolution, Future.
Among the Flowering Buds and Titleless.
Dreams and its possible future.
And Projects to fit them all:
200 for canon.
100 for Titleless' universe.
And maybe some for Dreams as well.
And you say great ideas can't come from
Silly games like
Rock Band and Guitar Hero.
